Quality of the product and ease in acquiring it

I visit once a month for my birding needs. Employee Candace is just delightful. She is knowledgeable, helps me find what I need and shows me new items in the store & she Carries my bagged seed to the car.

Mike & Leslie Larson are so knowledgeable! When you enter their store they make you feel like family. Great to talk to! I love going in the store to see them and all the great items they offer! Store is always welcoming!
