They always answer my questions and give me sound advice. They explain the differences between the different feeders. They explain the different types of bird food and the best type to use with my feeders.

The couple I always see there are so pleasant and informative when I have questions. It’s always a pleasant visit, which I appreciate.

My teen daughters and I visited the store for the first time after seeing an ad on TV. Having previewed items on the website prior to shopping, I knew we wanted to purchase additional hummingbird feeders and to check out the pole system. When we got to the store, we were greeted by two amazing employees. David and (I believe) Candace, were so knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The pole system was even better in person than I had hoped - construction & accessories. David took an amazing amount of time explaining all the options as well as some different foods to improve the variety of birds to our yard. Candace (I hope I have her name right) talked with us about all kinds of birds in our area and apps to use for identification & tracking. We spent nearly two hours in the store talking about feeds, feeders, and ways to attract more birds. The pole system, accessories, and new feeders we purchased were easy to set up with our existing feeders. We’ll be looking to purchase additional pole systems for other locations on our property.

Such pleasant experience all around, owners were super nice and knowledgeable, prices were reasonable, availability of things i needed that I couldn't find elsewhere were abundant, good programs for kids. Nice and convenient and lots of reasons to go back
