I love ordering or coming to the store Bc the employees are always so knowledgeable. They know exactly what I need and where it is in the store. Plus all the great items that compliment what I was getting. I started with 2 hanging bird feeders at the beginning of the year and now I have more than what the birds know what to do with.

My local store posted some pictures of some really cute owl shaped rocks that I had had my eye on. I messaged them and they set a few aside for me. When I went in to pick them up, we walked around the store to see all the owls available. While there I realized I needed a new hummingbird feeder and we chatted about the differences. I always enjoy my time in the store. I was so appreciative of the limits of numbers of people for social distancing and the request to use hand sanitizer as soon as I walked in. Everyone was masked as well. So grateful for all the steps to keep everyone safe during this pandemic!

very easy to pick up supplies in store. Salespeople were polite, efficient and knowledgeable. Prices are fair and merchandise is always in stock. Store is full of new stuff every time I go in. Store is well laid out and always clean and neat.
