Your store is great but greatly overpriced

We so appreciate the time and personal attention the staff took with our family. Everyone was knowledgeable, careful about social distancing, and went out of their way to make our young birder feel valued and important. We love the variety of items you carry - really something for everyone! I also appreciated that although we are all very new to birding, staff was kind and seemed more than happy to explain how things work/what was open offer.

First visit; referred by our neighbor. Loved the friendliness of the owner and helper. Store was bright and beautiful. Everything was organized and easy to evaluate. We came to buy a pole for a hummingbird feeder and ended up joining the club, buying two feeders with feed.

From the minute I entered the store, I was greeted in a professional manner. I had left my mask in the car and was asked in a nice way, did I have a mask? After retrieving my mask, I was asked if I needed help and I had my needs met almost immediately. The individual took the time to answer other questions and to give me a tour of items available in store. I will certainly return and recommend the store to others.

Visiting the store was an experience not just an errand. I dragged my husband there to pick something up, then I couldn't get him to leave.
