The item was perfect and came quickly and was well-packaged. I received a call shortly after making an order since the gentleman at the store noticed that the shipping address was different -- he asked me if it was a gift and offered send the receipt separately! Fantastic service, and my father loves the woodpecker house!

I placed an online order at the end of the work day. Even though it stated that my order would be available for pick up after noon the following day, and that is when I intended to pick it up, Mike called me and asked if I planned to come that evening, as he would gladly stay if I was on my way. I didn't make him stay, but his willingness to provide great service was appreciated!

Mike provides great customer service. I called him in the phone and he took time to answer all my questions. He said he would deliver, and I had my birdseed and feeder that very afternoon!
