The staff remembered me by name, they readily answered questions and offered options when I mentioned what I was looking for product wise as well as shoes me new items. Check out was smooth and they carried my bag out to my car. Overall in every way this was a great experience.

Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff make each visit so enjoyable. I also love the availability of products you can't find elsewhere! Thank you for being dog-friendly; SO grateful and impressed to see your warnings (both spoken and written) to customers about raisins in some of the seed mixes. Mike and his staff were able to answer every question I had on feeders, birds, and feed.

It's a great store with high quality birding products at good prices. They have a wide range of products suitable for any fashion of feeding and housing birds. They are great for information or the subject both in person and in books/pamphlets that they stock. I bought seed to give to a neighbor in order to recommend them...we love this store! Plus they have fun things having to do with the outdoors in general- great for gifts, like mugs, jewelry, banners, etc. I especially like the TV monitor they have set up, that encourages peoples' interest in this hobby.

The store is always clean and so inviting. We love shopping there.

The customer service is excellent - a rarity in retail shopping these days. And the quality of the products is very good. I just hope that it will be a long time success.

I was greeted within 30 seconds of walking in. I have several issues at home with bird issues. As I presented each issue (i.e. attracting a nesting pair of bluebirds) he had a very knowledgeable, detailed answer. He was truly amazing. He also offered alternative products to a couple issues (i.e. preventing bird bath from freezing) He explained how I could access the Cornell Lab bird feeders at home on my computer.

Staff knows the merchandise and the birds of the area. He gave helpful advice for proper placement of feeders. He did not try to have me buy merchandise that I didn't want.

I was helped by both Mike and Leslie and they helped me figure out the right feeder and seed for my unique location and issue. Ended up with a really attractive lantern style feeder with hot pepper seed and bark butter in a system that attaches to my desk. The birds love it and so do I. I've never had a feeder before because we have chipmunk issues and not much of a yard but they had a solution for every issue. So friendly and so knowledgeable, yet not pushy at all. Such a good experience that I got a membership!
