A bit pricey and somewhat limited selection, but excellent quality of merchandise and very friendly, knowledgeable staff.

The gals who helped me did not seem completely knowledgeable about the mugs I was choosing but not to the point that it was a problem.

I came in to buy a specific mug - the House Finch. But the store was out so I bought a different bird. I’m hoping the store will order more of the House Finch mugs

Because there’s always room for improvement.

I was convinced that purchasing the "hot coated" large cylinder with various kinds of seed would attract many small birds. Unfortunately, it seems that I have only witnessed 3 birds on the feeder several days ago. For whatever reason, they are not being attracted to it. I spent a decent amount of money for those items, as well as additional things. I am disappointed that this product is not drawing more birds.

The only negative is the high prices but really love the store. Great staff. Clean store. Good products. Just can’t afford to shop there every time we need supplies.

Everything took a bit longer than usual and I even had to go back to the door to see what happened. I finally got my order. I don’t bother even trying to go in the store anymore because of all I have to do to be there. I feel COVID is winding down and your business is over the top with precautions!

I was highly satisfied. Maybe I tapped the wrong button.

I thought the shipping price was unreasonable. Gainesville is about 10-15 miles from my home and I think I paid $8 to have a 12 dollar item shipped.
