The price seems a little high for bird seeds. I know they are good quality but at the end of the day it still seeds.

The sales person was very knowledgeable and took the time to tell me about products. The only thing I did not like was that I felt they were too pushy. I never had an opportunity to browse the store without them breathing down my neck and telling me about everything I looked at. Also they did not observe the 6 foot social distancing.

Store was appealing, contained interesting merchandise and the staff was friendly and very helpful.

They do not sell the mixture of bird food I previously bought at a now closed small business. The mixtures they do sell all come with a large unshelled seed that our birds won't eat.

Although the staff is very knowledgeable they can sometimes feel a little "pushy". Also i wish the price of the membership was lower or no fee at all.

Every time I go to your store, I sense your manager (owner?) is unhappy and, frankly, doesn’t like me. I definitely get in and out as quickly as possible.

I found the item I wanted on your website easily enough. But after registering, the closest store did not have the item. I have to go through an unnecessarily laborious process to keep switching store until I found one that the item I wanted in stock. This was a very unintuitive process, and I won't be shopping online with you again. Why can't you just list all the items, and allow me to order regardless of where it is physically located??
