Happy to find what I came in for then also got educated and interested in a different type of feeder which I also purchased.

We are new to bird feeders, and houses. Mike assisted us. He as very friendly, knowledgeable, and answered the plethora of questions we had.

Other than the store being out of the product in the first place, necessitating the online order and second trip to pick up the order, it was as straightforward and simple as it could have been. The store person (owner?) is knowledgeable and attentive to his customer's needs.

They are highly knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.

Very helpful, pleasant. I am older and they are great about taking things I want to buy, keeping them in group for me, then helping me into my car after checkout.
