I don't like someone standing in the drive thru taking my order. So I parked my vehicle and went inside. Not happy about the drive thru experience.

Everything seems to move very slowly here. I ate inside once and it took 10 minutes to get our food after we ordered. It was breakfast, but it was not very busy inside at the time. The drive-thru is no faster. There seems to be one person assigned to each job which means no one is helping anyone else to speed the process. There were at least 5 people working on my order not counting the cooks - 1 took the order, 1 at the cash register, one doing drinks, one bagging, one handing it out the window. There was a whole lot of time where everyone was just waiting for their chance to do their one job. All this, and my hashbrowns were not in my bag when I got to work. I couldn't go get them. I mentioned them the next day, but no one offered to do anything. Overall, I am not impressed with the service. It seems there should be a more efficient way of running the process.

when you serve cold beverages... please make sure that they have ICE in them. My sweet tea was warm!!!!

Upon arrival to the drivethru, there were approx 12 cars in front of me, and a lady taking orders out in the parking lot. I think that is unnecessary, as this is not Chik Fil-a. When I placed my order I waited an additional 5 minutes to pay, I paid and then moved up to the pickup window where I was told they were out of 3 of the 4 items that I ordered and if I wanted anything else....NO, I ordered what I ordered for a reason...not to be told otherwise. This is not acceptable, and while the manager on duty was nice, it was NOT what i really wanted to hear when I was really desiring a warm muffin and had planned on treating ,my coworkers to a fritter. POOR SERVICE!!!!

Order incomplete...paid for steak/egg/cheese...only got steak/no napkins/terrible line and terrible wait. Too far down the road to go back!
