The staff at this Biscuitville is always exceptional. The only complaint today was the speed of service in the drive thru. The line was very long and they did not have the first window open to take money. It was alot slower than normal.

Order was entered wrong, when corrected, the cash register is set up to overcharge by adding the cost of the added item (tomato) and not crediting the value of the deleted item (egg). This is either dishonest or a computer oversight. In any case, I was overcharged because Biscuitville entered the order wrong.

Usually this location is right on target with everything. Today, however I received my order with cold eggs, cold bacon, no butter on my biscuit (after asking for extra butter!), and NO fork, knife, or anything in the bag to eat it with. I realize the location was very busy this morning, but there is no reason anyone should receive their order the way I did today. Problem is after going thru the drive thru and getting home, there isn't much of a way to complain or get your money back without having to drive back there. A loss for me all the way around!

This is the second time that I’ve came to this location and had a problem. Last time I had items missing from my order and I was told to come back they didn’t give me a receipt the last time. This time I had to wait longer than 10 minutes outside of the Drive thru for my order and still didn’t receive a receipt. I had to request for one
