Biscuitville

This location opened a few months ago...we noticed that while waiting to place our order the line hadn't moved...we were on line for 10 min before we go to the window to pay. The server was running the drive thru and in store registers, she never apologized for the wait or told us why they were moving so slowly, we paid and waited another 7 minutes all the while she was interacting with her co workers. We noticed that 2 employees walked in & we guessed that maybe they were short staffed. I have been going to Biscuitville for over 7 years and this was the worst experience I have had at their drive thru....I will NOT go back to this location on West Mkt St in Greensboro NC . I will take my chances at the location on Bessemer Ave the lines can get long sometimes but the line moves quickly.
