Brittney was so kind and took my order with a smile. She even made something as trivial as ordering food enjoyable. It was my first time coming to Biscuitville and I will definitely be returning:)

Incredible, food good, me like, chicken and waffle sandwich was very good, Service was fast and efficient, order was158% accurate, great establishment, greater food.

My cashier Rachelle made my experience very speedy and accommodating all of my needs. The managers was very helpful as well making my experience excellent. For my 1st visit ever to a biscuitville I wouldn't change a thing, great service all around.

The staff was so upbeat and friendly. The same positive attitude is what takes me to Chick fil A over other fast food restaurants. You want the employees to at least try to look like they are happy to be there and happy to help you. The employees were having fun and that makes everyone’s experience enjoyable. That’s his dining- even fast food dining- should be. Can’t wait to go back.
