Food wasn't hot and I ordered a medium coffee but received a small one.

The staff was extremely friendly and the food was hot and fresh. However, it's very hard to validate a $3.94 chicken biscuit. That's almost double what i pay at Mcds for a buttermilk chicken biscuit at $2.16. The size of your biscuit and the chicken are also quite a bit smaller. So, even though it tasted good and was hot and fresh, the price will keep me from coming very often. I'm a 15 times a week patron of Mcds. Get your prices more in line or have specials and maybe you can lure me away.

The grits were so hot that the top melted into the grits exposing butter oil that got all over my pants and car seat.

I only got grits and they were lumpy

I got my food during my lunch hour; you are 10-12 minutes from my office. I looked in the bag at the window to be sure I had a biscuit & hashbrown which I did. I didn't open the biscuit to be sure it was the ultimate bacon/egg/cheese biscuit I had ordered and paid for (the receipt was right) while at the window. Next time I will take extra time to do that. When I got back to my office I discovered the mistake & called the number on the receipt (no time to go back) and left a detailed message of the reason for my call & my name and phone number, and asked for a return call. That was on 9/16 and NO ONE has called me back to make your error right.
