I came into Pandora because my clasp on my bracelet broke. I didn't know what the protocol was going to be, but since I had the bracelet less than a year I thought they should exchange it and give me a new one. Well it was the easiest experience I've had with no problems. Told them my clasp broke looked up my info measured the bracelet, went and got me another one.

With having a large selection of charms, I'm able to tell a story of places and events. Pandora make it easy for gift giving. My husband visit with me at the store and was highly impressed with the merchandise.

I was highly satisfied with my purchase due to the pricing of the charms, the customer service was on point! I was only in the store for 20 minutes and had my bracelet cleaned for free, charms arrainged and a very HAPPY customer.

Sidney was girl who helped us.. (she had also helped me on another visit couple months ago) she is amazing! Had my granddaughter with me and Sidney took so much time helping her with selecting charms. Service was fast and Sidney as well as others were so kind.
