Went into store for safety chain d/t charm falling off of wrist x3 over past month. Was greeted and given excellent service by Piper. She patiently assisted in showing me several options while recommending what she felt was the best and most accentuating to my charms. Upsold me on not only safety chain, but also another longer bracelet. and Emerson was called over to assist, then cleaned my charms, old bracelet and reassembled charms onto new. Two other ladies were there to help with excellent service; however, Piper & Emerson were exceptional. (She really needs a raise, based upon how many Pandora jewelry items she wore. I'm sure her entire paycheck is returned to Pandora in her buying.) Thank you.
