The lady that helped us was very kind and knowledgeable and was willing to find out the answers to questions she did not know. the team helped us package which was nice. They were very helpful with providing ways to save and the best options for sets.

The friendliness of staff and how helpful they were. One item I wanted was out of stock and the ring I purchased needs to come in all sizes. Purchased a smaller size because I loved the ring.

I was highly satisfied with my experience in the Pandora store because the staff was amazing. They politely welcome me in with kindness and excitement. The store is clean, very decent. The sales person who assisted me, she was patient, kind, and was completely direct with all my questions. I love it and Pandora is my go to place after my first visit.
