I walked in the Myrtle Beach store to get my grand daughter a bracelet for her twelfth birthday. The lady that welcome us has this pleasant personality and seemed to know exactly what my granddaughter likes. The sales went swiftly and was completed in less than 15 minutes. I was completely baffled when I got the total cost of our purchase. The bracelet is exquisitely awesome. We left the store with an extremely happy soon to be 12 year little lady

I visited the Pandora store at the Myrtle Beach mall the representative was awesome. I had to go to my car and get my bracelet but before I left I told her my items she had them waiting for me when I got back to the store very friendly. Did not get her name give her a raise. Cleaned my bracelet and added my 2 charms with no complaints. The best customer service I have ever had and I have visited that store a few times.

I found it a little annoying I had to wait outside the store before they called me in. I assume it’s covid related so I was patient. I ordered a bracelet online and it arrived very quickly but the clasp was very loose and once I put the charms on, it was very snug. I followed the measuring guidelines but it didn’t work out. It was very easy to make and exchange and the girl that helped me was very pleasant. It was a good experience overall!
