I was very satisfied with my Pandora experience. The reason why I was so satisfied was because they helped me with my issue with no hesitation and they knew exactly what I was in help of. My boyfriend brought me a ring a month ago online and 2 diamonds had already went missing due to us cleaning out our emails on a regular we were unable to find the online receipt. All I had to was contact customer service give them some information and they were able to send out another online receipt they were even willing to send me another ring no additional purchase necessary. Instead of getting them to send me a ring out i decided to go to near by Pandora store show them my online receipt and they got me another ring with no problem along with another receipt for in store just incase. Overall my experience was AMAZING and I would be purchasing more items through this company again!
