Well being this was my first time inside pandora and purchasing, I was very pleased! I brought my mother a bracelet and charm and she loved it. She said”omg I’ve always wanted one, just never made the time to stop in”. So I did for her. Thank you!

i only had 20min to complete my selection and purchase and the associate was very helpful

The sales associates were very helpful and even though there was a small wait to be helped, all of the sales associates were very friendly. They also made sure that I got all of the charms I needed

The store was clean, bright and inviting. The staff was all helping guests and the atmosphere was very welcoming. Nicole assisted us and was awesome!! She knew all about the product and put some amazing items together for us.

I enjoyed this experience because the customer service was great! The workers were amazing. They helped me locate what item I wanted. They were able to tell me about the item and it’s features.

The store looked beautiful. Ana was so fabulous! She helped me find just the right items to make my bracelet look perfect!
