We went in to exchange a bracelet for my wife and ended up exchanging it as well as getting her more charms for it. The ladies who helped us were extremely nice and attentive.

The sales associate was able to find what I was looking for & offer suggestions, since I hadn’t shopped at a Pandora before. I would return to that store if we lived closer to that location. Kayce made it a very enjoyable experience!
