Customer service was excellent.

The service was very friendly and polite. They helped me choose the right gift for a graduation. And gift wrapped it and put it in a little bag which made it look so special.

I have always been a fan of pandora... I’m not always a fan of the prices but I’m hoping my new bangle it worth it. I have made it an everyday since I was told no stretching... but the staff was amazing in helping me an my husband

My overall experience was a very good one. The staff was very nice and helpful to me. The store was nice and clean. The lighting in the store and cases was perfect. Everything shined and sparkled. The woman that helped me was very professional and had a pretty smile on her face. My experience was at the Grand coastal mall location in Myrtle Beach, SC.

It was my first time ever in a pandora store and the worker, she was so friendly! She helped me and my boyfriend right away! I told her I wanted a silver necklace & she brought me out about 10 different ones but when I asked for an initial she got the one I needed right away along with a chain - great price btw. Then my boyfriend was getting me a ring, unfortunately the one I wanted was “retired” (lol cute lingo btw) BUT she found one just as cute that was still shaped like a heart - then I gave in and bought a band to go with it lol. I love my jewelry! Can’t wait to start a couple charm bracelets
