I purchased a bracelet as a Christmas gift for my daughter. Unfortunately, the bracelet broke at the clasps only after two days of wearing it. We were very disappointed as she was looking forward to wearing a Pandora bracelet like her mother. We took the bracelet back to Pandora prepared to plead our case for a new bracelet. The sales associate was very nice, apologized for the flaw with the bracelet, and replace the bracelet with a new one. The exchange was very smooth and I intend to return to the store for future purchases. The most important thing is that my daughter is happy with her bracelet.

Other than the fact that I received 68 of these emails, the experience was a good one. Although I did ask if it could be checked to see if I had purchased the earrings in the past, & that did not happen. So that was a bit disapponting.
