The salesperson was attentive, a multi-tasker, & knowledgeable about the merchandise. She was a true salesperson. I bought way more than I expected to.

I never rate any experience Highly Satisfied because there is always room for improvement. My over all experience was VERY GOOD and so far I am pleased with items and Customer Service I received, especially from Morgan who helped me with an exchange on gifts i received from a friend in the UK. I will defiantly recommend Pandora based on that reason as this is the first time I have purchased from your company.

This was a new location from where I usually shop. However, the sales associates over looked me based on appearance & ability to possibly make a purchase. I was greeted by a new sales associate which assisted me to the best of his ability. The whole Ora was off in this store as if I was here but not welcomed. I will never shop at that store again, ever. But I hope in future this store consider for others to include a blended natural origin. I was at the mall in South Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

We had seven girls shopping in Pandora in Myrtle Beach, two of the girls spent over $1600 in the same timeframe two or the other ones four to $500. One spent 250.00 one of the girls that spent over $1600.00 asked could all of her purchases be put in one “Pink” box she was told no she had to pay $5.00! Really!!! Jgatherings@hotmail.com!!!

Prior to my visit, I tried calling the store eight times in a span of 3 hours to ask a question. No one would answer the phone. No happy about that.
