The staff was unfriendly. I understand that there aren’t many places that are properly staffed but my boyfriend and I waited outside of the store for over 30 minutes. The staff was very slow and when I asked for a ring they rolled their eyes and was extremely inattentive.

There were no sales on the merchandise. Usually when you purchase a bracelet and 2 charms, there would be some sort of discount and when I.looked on line, the bracelets were $10.00 cheaper than I paid

She did not give me the packaging of what I bought and the bracelet was too big for me, the caffeine looks horrible I am not happy with the purchase at all I would like to return everything and get my money back 😭

The only reason I went to the mall that day was to go to Pandora. We headed straight there, and we're told to wait outside. There were at least 5 people working, and 2 sets of customers. After waiting a bit, a salesperson told us to come in and asked what we were interested in seeing. (Don't recall a greeting of any sort.) Not one other employee greeted or spoke to us the entire time we were in there...I spent a good bit of money by the end of our visit. The staff was just very unwelcoming and unfriendly. Not avery good experience.

Store was very crowded and only 2 employees. The wait time was extremely long. I should have come in when I had a set time to be somewhere. Fortunately my sales rep was excellent and helpful

My order wasn’t completed due to the registers don’t working. My feelings were hurt, I was embarrassed and mad all in one. It wasn’t the sales person fault and she was very nice. I only went to the mall to purchase the jewelry, because Pandora sent me an email. I checked the stock, price, store location and had the items in my cart. I was supposed to walk in and out what everything I wanted, but that didn’t ha. Instead I was embarrassed whenever I had to remove the jewelry from my body due to the register not working properly. I left the mall empty handed, wasted gas and time. My sales lady was amazing and I appreciate everything she did to try to please me and make me feel better.

I did not like having to wait until called to come in the store. I could not take my time to look through the store. I was Birthday gift, I felt rushed because I was told I must have an associate with me.
