I understand the need for tightened security esp. during the present time but I still felt extremely scrutinized with the product out of the locked case. It was very unsettling seeing my daughter & I were the only customers at the time.

I wasn’t Highly satisfied because my sales associate was giving to much of his personal opinion and was talking down about the product to try to up sell me to a higher one. It made me feel bad because I wanted the necklace he was talking down about and if it wasn’t my friends birthday I probably would have walked out the store. I love all the products in there from the cheapest to the most expensive and I don’t feel like associates should be talking down about anything.

This is the only Pandora in the area. The associates have never been friendly and it seems to be geared towards people of color. I have not only witnessed it but I have experienced it. As a customer who owns 6 bracelets alone that are filled with charms, I spend enough money and time in the store to notice the pattern. Yesterday was the best customer service that I received. The rep was amazing! I was already prepared to be on the defense since I was simply visiting for an exchange and to purchase cleaner. I was pleasantly surprised that they actually hired someone so nice!

First time inside a store and I was pleased. I didn’t know if I wanted a necklace, ring, or charm. with my husband purchasing me a bracelet some time ago I didn’t know what to choose from. The associate showed me what was available and I left pleased. I will be returning since I did find some things I loved and can contribute to what my husband already buys 😉

The store is very small

The only problem we had was it took approximately 30minutes plus waiting to get inside. Only had 3 associates working at Christmas.

The associat recommended the app and we had a problem getting it working. 3 associates helped to solve the problem and I was able to purchase an extra $300. They were out of a few of the charms I wanted. But other than that it was great.

More of an observation than anything - went to the store knowing what items I wanted - I know it’s there job - however , not overjoyed with sales woman - pushing items on me. Like I said I know it’s their job, maybe next time listen to the customer -MORE. I am buying the rest of the items I wanted on line. Just being honest - you asked & im telling
