I always have great service when I go there. Some of the girls are a little snobby sometimes though.

I would like to have my bracelet cleaned The sales associate will handle it to put on a charm but will not clean it I am very Covid conscious but this makes no sense to me, just an excuse to cut services

I didn’t have a lot of time to shop so I needed to move quickly. My rating isn’t based on anything specific.

The associate was not the friendliest. It felt very rushed and i would understand that if it was crowded and busy however i was the only customer in the store at the time. I’ve been to this same pandora more than a few times and I usually enjoy my trip so maybe this day particularly wasn’t a good day for her. So I will still be returning to this store.

Our sales associate, Nicole was great. I look forward to going to Pandora to make my charm selections and while doing so, I can have my bracelets cleaned. I’m disappointed that the store doesn’t clean bracelets anymore. Also, the clasp on one of my bracelets is loose and keeps coming apart. I almost lost my bracelet because I didn’t have a safety chain on it. I was told that I’d just have to buy another bracelet. Why doesn’t Pandora have a way to repair this piece? You’re spending a lot of money and I don’t feel the brand gives enough discounts.

I’m from out of town. Though I was here for a friends girl birthday, this one did help with me getting the perfect gift!

The sales associates were not that friendly. They also hesitated in coming to me to assist me. I did not like their attitude so for that sole reason I will not be returning to this store specifically.
