They were having a draft contest . After I purchased 1 ring . 2 bracelet , 3 charm . I ask the red hair seller ( I find recall her name ) If I could participate in the contes. She gave piece of paper to put my name and number, instead put the paper inside the box she put aside . I questioned her , she said don’t worry I ll put later. ! So really ?? Tks I don’t this I am returning By the way I am vera 843 999 1614

My sales associate Jada was very helpful and provided excellent customer service.However her coworker who was the only guy working was beyond rude as I was looking at the charms.

I enjoy going in the store to look at new products. I do wish that you would have Scooby-Doo and the gang in the future. Sales associate are also helpful.

It was me and a friend. The salesperson charged me for my friend’s purchase therefore I got her purchase on my email and vice versa. Went back in the store for her to fix it and she said she couldn’t. Hope don’t nothing happen to my purchase or we’re screwed.

Was satisfied with everything. Store opened and 3 of us had been waiting outside for 5 minutes. 2 of them saw a salesperson as soon as they walked in, a 4th person walked up as they opened the doors and I had to wait on him before I spoke with someone but his transaction was fairly quick. The sales people were nice.
