Pandora Jewelry

The sales woman was very knowledgeable. She showed everything I asked for. I asked a lot of questions. She was very professional. That store is the only one I go to unless I'm in Disney.

There was any sales and there wasn’t any new stuff.It was a little too expensive for three items and the lady was just making me to hurry up to finish so she can go to the next person.

They didn't have one of the birthstone rings I was wanting.

The variety of products at this location is limited compared to other pandora store in other bigger states, when I asked the store associate if they have have grey jewelry box their answer was that people were asking for the pink color so they only have that one hence they should have more than color rather than one and the sale prices online customers can’t get in the store.

Frist time buyer i purchased some earring and she didn't show me how to open them, pandora is different so i was not happy about that .

I originally ordered online and paid $17 for next day shipping because it was offered. After checkout when I went to locate my order it said that next day shipping wasnt available and i would receive it in standard shipping time of 7-10 days. It did come in about that but standard shipping was offered for free, I should not have been charged a next day shipping fee if it wasnt available. I went to the Store to exchange two of my items and was highly satisfied with my experience there. Just the shipping for the online order is what I was unhappy with. Thanks!
