This was the second time I went to this store and both times no one greeted me when I walked in. They just act like they don't see you. Even if they are waiting on someone you can still greet someone when they walk in the door. None of them are friendly at all unless it's just to certain people. It could be that they were all younger employees I don't know. But I do know I'm not going back to that store.

The 2 female employees did not seems hospitable. I told the salesperson I was looking for a memorial for someone deceased and she acted like she didn’t know her merchandise. I asked for an initial and right away Che said they had no”C”. Lastly, I asked for a June birth stone and she pulls out a pearl only, the Alexandrine or moon stone is also a June stone. After I paid for the pearl, I asked her for the alexandrine and she produces it and gave an off the wall price without looking at the back of the product. I feel like I spent my money somewhere I wasn’t welcomed. I should return the product!!!!

Im shopping there for my wife.The girls that works there are very snob. Why wouldn't they be, whoever in the store most likely to make a purchase anyway. Second time I feel like that in the same store. If it was up to me ill sell this bracelet just so I won't have to go there again. Girl that helped wouldn't even give me a gift box cause I only bought one charm and not a ring like the guy next to me.

The store was bright and clean. I was invited in with no wait. The associate was calculated and unwelcoming. Unfortunately, I now know that she could have sold me what my daughter was looking for. My daughter has a Pandora ring and wanted the matching earrings. I showed Mariia the ring and asked to see the matching earrings. She said there wasn't any, showed me a spiral catalog and said, "This is all we have." I didn't want to leave the store without earrings, so I bought a set. Looking on the computer, I now see that there is a matching set and have purchased the wrong earrings. SIDE NOTE: Mariia's coworker tried to make small comments like, "That charm is my favorite" or "Your daughter will love these" to make me feel appreciated. This experience has skewed my opinion of Pandora's sales associates. I believed them to be highly trained to give customers an upscale experience and feel appreciated. This associated failed!

Not being able to look around the store I felt very rushed. You should have a guard in the store and aloud more people in at a time.

while i was in the store , a pandora associate made me feel very uncomfortable while trying too buy a charm. i previously came in there a few mins before and paid cash but when i came back the second time the associate racial profiled me
