I felt that the sales person was in a hurry and didn't offer to show us more charms. s he had only 2 trays for us to look at until I asked for more. We were having problems with the selection and she acted like we couldn't look at more. As if we were putting her out. I know it's Christmas but we were buying. People in general today do not think of being friendly when there job is customer service.

too expensive there should be a rewards program especially if you spend most $500 with Pandora as I did the first time and this second trip is because I lost my first bracelet and this time I spent almost $300 Plus the material is not genuine..will tart afterwards and turn yellow brown in color

Went to the store three separate times waiting for the free bangle bracelets to come into stock before making my $150 purchases to receive one. Seems they never did or not many arrived for the promotion so I was left with three charms and will try to figure the bracelet part out later. I wouldn't run the promo just to get people in the door. Doubt I will ever return here after I figure out the bracelet situation. The purchased charms were going to be a part of the Christmas gift. Thanks.

Upon arriving it took several minutes for me to be greeted. It also took extremely long for someone to even say they would be with me shortly. If I was not shopping for a gift that I needed to get that day, I would have left due to the lack of customer service I received. Even while picking up charms the sales associate was very dry, and not very helpful. More than likely will not be returning to this pandora store.

There was two sales associate on the floor talking neither asked us could they assist us. I was looking for something particular I found it eventually.worst customer service I have ran into.

We placed an order to be delivered to our home. We were charged then told charm was not available and to go to this location, that plenty were available. They were not plenty but I was able to get the one I wanted. Even though I was wearing my bracelet no offer was made to put the charm on. My husband says he did not find the staff to be very friendly

It was 15 minutes before closing and I could only get 1 item clean because they only clean 1 item on the weekends because it could get busy it wasn’t busy when I went in there and didn’t get busy before I left I have a necklace 4 bracelets and three rings and could only get 1 thing clean not a happy camper

The Sales person was not welcoming nor friendly. Her nonchalant attitude almost deterred me from purchasing. It seemed as if we were a bother to her neither did she thank us for shopping. I was about to address the issue with the manager but my husband said let it go. Only because they had the charms I wanted

I tryed a pair of earring on ask the price was going to buy them really liked them but rang up diffrent price ask the sale lady she said cuz of the color but before I tryed on i ask the price she should of told me that before I tryed them on

Sales associate #188715 was not knowledgeable of the merchandise. She kept having to ask other sales people questions. She was completly clueless on how to guide my daughter with a brand new and empty bracelet in how to select items for her bracelet. I was disappointed that my bracelet could not be cleaned. You are taking Covid restrictions too far. No one was paying attention to the number of people in the store. I was disappointed with #188715 because she kept pushing for my husband and I to open a store credit. That was not the intended purpose of our visit. We are from out of town and were on vacation. We simply wanted to find some charms for my daughter's bracelet for her upcoming 13th birthday. This associate needs to have some remediation training when waiting on teenage girl and her parents because she had didn't have the ability to ask the right questions to find the charms my daughter was interested in. Highly unlikely that we will return to this store.
