The sales associate really did not seem to be very knowledgeable about what Pandora offered. He offered no suggestions and did not seem to care if anything was purchased. If I wasn’t looking for a last minute gift, I probably would not have purchased from that particular store location.

It was clear that the assistant was in a hurry for us to answer. I was not satisfied that there were no customers waiting to be served.

The first sales associate I walked up to was very rude and unprofessional, she was not helping anyone so I walked up to her and asked for help she said the people beside me was there first, but the other sales associate was already helping them she walks over to that sales associate and started whispers in her ear and looked at me and said she will get you when she is finished. As a customer service manager I tell all my employees never ever put a customer off to the next associate if i have to approve that extra 30 minutes I will but she was so ready to get off the clock to her customers was disrespected. And for her rudeness how do I know all the associates will not act like that. But I do have to add that the associate that did help me was very pleasant and kind.

Sales person was pushy - wanted me to instantly purchase everything i looked at and hurry up and leave gave me no time to actually just look -- i would of bought more if she was not rushing me so i bought one item and left

My husband and I entered your Myrtle Beach mall location and a sales rep saw us enter and stand right before her, she was not assisting anyone. She did not greet us nor attempt to offer to serve us. After a minute or so, she walked to another area. We followed her around the counter and again stood in front of her- finally she acknowledged our presence and assisted us. My husband is 77, I am 67, we are black. After heart surgery 5 weeks ago- he just wanted to give me a gift. I did not mention to her how she made me feel- a mere 400.00 later, we left and tried to forget how she made us feel. Her name: Employee #:205604 Employee Name:Mariia. Greeting customers in an inviting manner seems not to be important to this employee- I don’t think her attitude represents your company as a whole. I just wanted to make you aware of the situation.

It was my birthday and the bracelet I wanted was not in stock in my size and I asked if would receive a birthday discount and the associate said only if you are subscribed to emails which I was but still didn’t receive it.

The associate was very rude, seems as if she didn’t really want to help me find what I was looking for. All I wanted was something to symbolize the passing of my still born child which had just happened 2 days prior to me coming to that pandora. A little kindness and patience goes a long way. You never know what someone is going through. I will not be returning to this location again.
