No acknowledgement when I came in the store. Feeling like I was not wanted in store. Workers were not polite at all.

Sales rep was impatient. Not offering to show me pieces. And when I changed my mind about certain pieces she seemed to get frustrated

The associates were cold and unfriendly. I was on vacation when I visited this store and it is not what I expected. Normally the staff is very friendly and warn but not this location. I went ahead with my purchase because I love the product but I will not be back in this location again.

Sales associate tone of voice when offering the in store card and being denied kind of made her annoyed and irritated.

I went into the store looking specifically for a charm to represent the city as is my custom when travelling. The sales associate initially could not find the city-specific charms. She eventually presented me with one charm and stated that they were out of the other charm offered. However, she did not put the charm on a tray for me to view, instead she held it out in her hand. When I purchased the charm, she aake if I had my bracelet. When I told her I did not, she placed my charm in tissue paper and began to place it in a bag. I have never received a charm in this manner, so I asked her about a box. The clerk seemed a bit bothered by my request. She got the box, put the charm on the ribbon, turned it towaed me, and stated, "That's how it looks in the box". When I didn't acknowledge her comment initially, she repeated the statement as if I didn't know how it would look. This experience was the least pleasant of all of my Pandora experiences. I'm accustomed to pleasant and knowledgeable sales associates.

As I waited in line to go into the store, a sale associate helped me. I normally go in and know what I want, but today. I really had wandering eyes, and my associate didn’t allow me to. I felt as if I wasn’t wanted in the store, so I just bought one charm, and I left. She didn’t allow me to browse the charms or anything of that sort. Didn’t ask if I needed anything else. Very unsatisfied with this pandora store.

The store will handle your bracelet to put a charm on it that you have purchased but not clean it No logic there!
