I felt like the sales associate did not listen to my wants or needs. I explained to her what I was looking for and she was not very helpful or suggestive. I would have likely spent more in store had I not been rushed or had the salesperson actually paid attention to what I was looking for.

Upon getting to counter I was not given the opportunity to look at the merchandise without someone asking me over and over what I wanted. I felt rushed on buying something. Felt dissatisfied with my experience overall as I left the store.

I went to this pandora store to purchases Christmas gifts for my family. During previous visits to Pandora stores in Charleston, SC the associate typically helps pick out / show items to me. However, this store was the complete opposite - I asked to look at a catalog book after the associate only showed me two charms and then proceeded to stand there and look at me dumbfounded. He said they didn't have a catalog (even though it was clearly sitting on the counter) I then asked if I could see a few trays of charms and he said I could just walk around the room and look at what was already displayed. This is the WORST Pandora store I have ever been to, and will not be returning.

During purchase whenever I asked questions on charms sales lady felt as though I was asking same questions over. Asked if I could see her bracket closer I reached out to touch a charm & she smacked my hand away. Then said don’t touch me. I told her I wasn’t trying to touch her skin only the charm.

Salesperson was impatient when explaining to her what I was looking for & what the store had to offer. I've never ever been to a Pandora store. I liked the charms on salesperson bracelet & asked her to hold out her wrist. When I reached out to touch one of her charms she smacked my hand away & told me not to touch her. I told her that I only was touching the charm not her skin. During checkout she became condescending when asked further questions about returns & warranty. Won't ever return to this store again. I did however manage to make a purchase.

The sales lady was very pushy and would not listen to what I wanted. She just kept pushing other things at me when I had told her what I wanted. She did not act friendly, just annoyed and did not seem appreciative of my purchase.

Sales associate was rude about merchandise and told us it wasn’t for sale but it was in the case with other merchandise. Had to ask for manager who said it was for sale they had just received the merchandise and hadn’t had the chance to list sale price. Employee was rude.

Sales associate was rude and dry. Not very friendly she made me not even want to purchase at this location
