We came into the store looking to add charms to my bracelet. They had exactly what we wanted.

Very clean store, friendly knowledgeable employees. Never a problem when I am in to buy a gift. Have always been treated like a valued customer

The sales associate was friendly. We requested to see charms for a new mother. Associate immediately presented a selection for us to choose from and added other charms as she listened to our feedback. She wrapped our gifts beautifully and in a very timely manner. Upon entering store, associate notified us of the sale offering one free item for two items purchased. That was what led us to purchase in first place. Overall, good quality product, superb customer service.
