The associate Teresa was very rude. I buy a bunch of things from Pandora and this time I just went for 1 charming for a gift she refused to give me 1 box for it, she had an attitude answering my questions, plus she doesn’t have online purchase knowledge informing me that they are a franchise store and she doesn’t know about Pandora online. LISTEN I don’t need to give Pandora as a gift I can go to Amazon and buy a nice gift and have the best customer service ever. I did not like this visit.

My mother got me a bracelet as a gift for Christmas and I wanted to exchange the bracelet for a different one. When mother got the gift it was Black Friday and they would not honor the same discount. How was my mom supposed to know the bracelet would not fit. I feel that we should have been honor the same discount.

The attendant was not completely knowledgeable about all Pandora products. I was looking for a bangle to fit my wrist and she didn’t know the inventory neither did she ask a supervisor, I eventually located the item in a display case by looking around the store after she’d help me and I was leaving without making a purchase. I found the smaller size in the display case and then she was able to make a sale without providing me with charms within my budget.

I went to Pandora to do some last-minute shopping. Needed a Christmas gift and a wedding gift. The staff member was very knowledgeable and could provide me with all that is needed. The one thing I was upset about was how the items were packaged... I have been shopping at Pandora for a while now and I am always so pleased with the packaging and care you take with each ring, necklace, charm, and so on each getting a nice box to be put it. Today was VERY different not only did I not get a box for any of the 4 items I purchased but they were put in some black paper balled up and then thrown into a flimsy "box" that said REEDS on it?? I went to a Pandora shop.. Not a Reeds or a licensed store that sells pandora but an actual Pandora shop. So what's that about?? I was lucky to find that she had some leftover boxes I could use for her gift but very disappointed on that part. If you have taken away the boxes not a very good move on the company's part. We are spending almost $100 on a small charm.. best you can is keep the box. Hoping that this is not the case.

The sales associate kept asking what the person we were buying for liked and we didn't know. We needed to be able to look at more than one tray. We only knew she wanted all silver. She acted like she couldn't show us anything unless we told her something specific. Also she told my daughter she didn't have specific rings, and we saw them in a tray with a customer who was being helped by another associate. That was the only way we got to see them, or we would have left thinking they were not there. The associate acted like she wanted us to hurry up and decide so she could just move on to the next customer. I've been here many times before buying many things, and it was by far the worst experience I've ever had. Clearly the girl didn't know her own merchandise she was selling.

I came in to get pandora me spacers. Teresa keep pushing me to buy other items. If I didn't want the spacers for my bracelet, I would have not bought, anything. I love the quality and price of Pandora, but if that is the service you provide I will not continue to buy.

Purchase a chain, ring and two charms (Granddaughter's 18th Birthday). Chain too big, ring too big. within 1 hour back to exchange. Sales Associate was less receptive. Ring still too big, could not find one in size 5. Exchanged necklace.

My 12-year old son was trying to purchase a ring for his mom for Christmas and due to not knowing the ring size of his mom, a sales associate who was originally not helping us jumped into the conversation and said we couldn't return the ring if it didn't fit. The item was sold out but it showed on your website that an item was available but I wouldn't be able to exchange it to the store because the store is franchised and can't handle website returns. We did purchase a charm to make the 12-year old happy and this being a 7-year tradition but any future purchases will probably go to Kay Jewelers. The bossy sales associate showed more cleavage than brains and/or customer relation skills.... shame

Very rude store associates Acted like they didn’t have time for me Lied and said the other associate couldn’t help me, but helped other customers when they came in.
