I went into the store for a cleaning of my two bracelets one the discontinued snake style thin bracelet, when they received it , it closed now it won’t all of my charms don’t fit on the regular rope . My moms Angel wings I wear everyday was one of them I was forced to buy a new bracelet and in order for all my charms to fit one ring that I should t have had to pay for. Did they break it on purpose is this how you railroad your customers ? Was I targeted ? I don’t understand

The sales associate was knowledgeable in the product. She was kind and patient and even assisted me in my selections. I have to say every visit to this store has been a pleasant one.

I have been buying pandora from different stores for years, and never have I or my daughters been treated in such a way before. My girls wanted 2 rings Iand I came to meet them after they picked it out. the looks from these girls when I came in were of disdain! The one girl I spoke with was far from friendly and her demeanor was as if she didn't care if I bought anything she just wanted me out of the store. A manager type girl (I say this without really knowing) just stood behind the counter on the left shaking her head and rolling her eyes (they seemed to keep talking to her so I assume she was a manager) so I change my mind to only get the one ring. I was also gonna buy more for my niece but decided not too. I had to buy the one or I would have left, we needed it for one of the girls that came with us for her graduation gift. I will never step into this store ever again! I chucked it to maybe these young girls were just being jealous of the 5 girls since they are very pretty, but they need help with how to talk nicely to customrers and how to control their eyes from rolling.

They didn’t have my order really not the items in my order weren’t available and when I went and found another charm the same price they gave me a issue about swapping the item out and wasn’t willing to accommodate me

I gave the associate the email address he entered it wrong and had a very nonchalant attitude. Did not try to confirm anything. He was very rude!! Don’t ever plan to visit this store again.

Getting ready for inventory was more important then customers in the store. They really didn’t want to help us. We were not priority.

I purchased a ring&earrings to get the free mothersday bangle. Once i got home I checked my box and the ring isn't in there! I'm highly upset I drove an hour to pandora to pay for a ring and not even get it.
