Upon arrival we were greeted by Sydney. I explained to her we were coming in to get a new charm for my moms bracelet that me and my little brother just purchased a week ago, but I was not sure of what style bracelet it was. I mentioned something about the Essence bracelet, and she said “oh yes, I got it” when she got back with the charms I told her that was not the same ones we looked at last week and then I pulled up the e-receipt and showed it to her hoping that would help identify what bracelet it was. She immediately raised her voice and got an attitude, along with rolling her eyes just to tell me it was not the essence bracelet that it was just the regular bracelet. The whole time we were there she just acted as if we were a burden and was not happy to be helping us, as well as saying smart remarks as well. If it was not for the fact that we waited 20+ minutes to come into the store, then we would have left and took our business somewhere else. Other than the bad customer service from Sydney, the store is great and we have never had any other problems here.

Associate was extremely rude. I was shopping for someone who was with me, without their knowledge. The associate was nasty, belittling, arrogant.

Sales agent rude.

The sale person wasn t clear on weather or not we owe money or if was a credit. The person in charge was walking around barefoot. She also took the book away from my girlfriend & gave it another customer.
