The 2 girls who were in the store were very compassionate about my feelings and the bracelet that broke that I had received from my children for my birthday. They went above and beyond for me, and in that moment I decided to purchase a charm and two clips because of the way those amazing young ladies treated me!

Salesperson Ariana went over and above to assist me. I had a damaged clip on my bracelet that could not be replaced/repaired. I was fully prepared to purchase another. Ariana began questioning me about the purchase. I did not recall if I had purchased that particular one in store or online and thought it was in the past year. She offered to replace it for free because it was probably purchased within the past year. She then offered to string my charms on the new bracelet and told me of the complimentary cleaning now offered at the store. I had received a couple of hand carved amber beads recently that I wanted to use the new bracelet for. We decided I needed a couple of spacers and clips to accent the beads and she pulled exactly the right look and styles that worked for me. I am in retail sales myself and was very impressed and pleased with her customer service and sales skills. She is a wonderful asset to your Pandora family.
