I had been thinking about getting a Pandora bracelet and looking at them online. I went in to the store because I wanted to see them in person and knew that I wanted one. I told the associate that I have arthritis in my hands and she found a bracelet with the right type of fastener so that I could easily use it. She also showed me all the charms, and I found a sample bracelet that I really loved and bought it. I was happy with the service and the fact that the store had all the charms I wanted. I will definitely return to fill up my bracelet.

Highly recommend this store. Ambience in this place is very relaxing . It feels as if you walk inside a showcase of expensive diamonds with the glass cabinets & illumination in the room. Ariana was very helpful & made me feel really confident with all the pieces i purchased. Highly recommend this Pandora store.

I was greeted right away and the associate was able to locate the product I was looking for. She gave me a few options to choose from and was efficient in processing the order.
