Ordered online and needed to exchange 1 of the bracelets exchange for a different size. I called the toll free number and couldn’t get thru to Customer Affairs. I called the Tysons Corner location and no one answered; I called Dulles and Jacky picked up, confirmed she had larger sizes, abd helped me when I got there.
