Nevine was amazing. Such a change from the previous Manager. I had stopped coming to the store based on the previous management. Nevine was friendly and Knowledgeable and most importantly empathetic to our needs. A very different approach from the old ways where the staff cared not if you returned or not. It was just a transaction instead of a customer that mattered. She should be commended for her work and considered for future upcoming positions where her impact can be spread across more Pandora stores. Her influence can be very welcomed at many of the branches that I have visited. Being in training and development, these are the types of committed employees that as a professional in succession planning we value. Amazing experience. I will be a future Pandora customer and have even bought my young daughter her own bracelet to start. AMAZING!! Great job Regional Sales Manager in promoting her into this position. Your focus and response to my previous comments regarding this store was considered and taken into account. She was also very professional and encouraging to her team member who attained a credit card account. Bravo!!

we were on a budget and didn't realize it was so pricey - the associate made us feel comfortable with our budget and found us something that was beautiful. I was so relieved she didn't make me feel embarrassed or ashamed because we didn't have much to spend

Jacqueline was extremely knowledgeable and very kind. She was also very patient as I was going back and forth between a few pieces.

The Sales associates especially Jackie (spelling) are amazing, they aim to please without being pushy, they know their charms and are able to recommend items quickly. Jackie in particular knows us well and makes sure when items come in that she feels we will like she lets us know
