The customer sales associate was not very friendly. There was a particular item I was looking for. Not very helpful. I was searching for the key bracelet. Because it was not available in the store, I settled on another bracelet.

The sales rep Syrah, sorry if I missed spelled her name was AWESOME! I normally don’t get great customer service going into the store. This time I was lucky enough to get help by her and will probably return to that exact store. She was friendly from beginning had tons of patience and explained pricing, ask great probing questions. Some of her other coworkers were not as friendly and seem like they were rushing their clientele.please tell her Thanks for me

La vendedora que me atendió fue muy amable pero he visitado otras tiendas Pandora y no me gusta la forma en como ven al cliente como si uno vale menos. Me gustan los productos Pandora pero he visitado tiendas en Honduras y en USA y realmente necesitan capacitar a sus empleados en tener una actitud de humildad y no prejuzgar a sus clientes por su apariencia.

I always show off my pandora bracelet. Went on a trip skiiing and had 4 ladies make a order a buy a pandora of how much I hyped the product. They said you should work there you sold us.

My wait outside the store was a little too long. But when I was in the store the service was excellent! Thanks!

Always room to improve selection and creativity of products

First went to Pandora in Fair Oaks Mall. They had a line outside with 3 couples already in the line. Store Rep said that the line is it is there so that store assistant is free to assist you. People coming to the store could just browse and may not choose to buy anything, those that decide to buy could request store assistant help. Making people stand in line just turns people away from the store. Invest in ticketing system instead of line. Left and went to Pandora in Dulles Town Center. Browsed, saw what we liked and received immediate assistance and purchased the product. Would definitely go back to Pandora in Dulles Town Center but never to the store in Fair Oaks Mall as it is a waste of time standing in line.
