The associate who helped me didn’t really come off as friendly or that she wanted to assist me. Luckily, I knew what I was looking for which made my visit very quick.

There was one charm in particular that we wanted to get the day we came in. We had called ahead and were assured they had it in stock and we could come see/buy it. Same lady looked all over and they did not have it. We would have just ordered online instead and avoided the mall had we been told it was out.

I purchased a ring from another Pandora location a few months back and was told they would clean it for free. I was hoping this location would be the same way, but was told they aren’t doing jewelry cleaning because of Covid and had to buy the jewelry cleaning kit for $15 instead.

The ease of browsing the varies types of jewelry was nonexistent; I felt as if I had to trouble the workers to look at the merchandise, no good displays of the designs besides bothering the workers into pulling each one out at a time.

i was pretty satisfied... I was just a little concerned that the product I received had to be returned because it was a failed product. I’m overall glad though because I ended up getting money off for the bracelet that day because of the sale. So am very happy just a little upset because I had to return it for a new one.

The sales associates are always so friendly to greet you right away. I wanted a lacrosse charm for my niece but they didn’t have one. They showed me so many other options and were very knowledgeable about putting different pieces together to fit her age group.

The sales associate I was working with did not seem to know the line I was asking about. I understand the products I was searching for are relatively new, but as a big fan of the line, I was disappointed she could not name the specific charms. In addition, there was only one register and I had to wait quite some time just to purchase one charm.

Pandora should be doing more sales event so that when a customer purchase an accessory they will tend to buy more than one item.

Employees are nice. Nice service
