Sales associate was not friendly. She was slow and acted like she did not want to help me. I didn't feel welcomed in the store.

The associate and store manager were very rude to my friend and I. I came in to purchase a jewelry cleaner while my friend asked to see a bracelet that she isn’t sure if she should buy. When she decided she would come back to purchase to make sure she had the right measurements the store manager and associate rolled their eyes.

The lady that sale charm for me is very rude. I asked her for a few charms to look and make decision before buy it, but she act like doesn’t want to help and raise her voice also rushed me. I would like to buy more but she act likes this then I bought only one. Her name is Argelia at Dulles town center, Sterling, VA

I asked for a catalog and the sales associates said they didn’t have any. The other sales associate says yes we do it’s in the back. She and another sales associate was whispering and later I was told sorry we only have store copies .

The sales girl wouldn’t speak. She did not want to be at work that day. I bought the rings because it was my daughter’s birthday but you need someone who at least gives a smile to the customer. I had to ask her to show me the ring instead of her offering like other stores I’ve been to.

I made three trips to return some items because I was told different excuses as to why it couldn’t be returned those days. First time it was that they had no cash, second time they wanted to verify my card number with my banker and third because they didn’t want to give me back cash although that was my original form of payment. They said they only had $50 in cash that day when in fact that was not true

The sales associate Ashley was not very enthusiastic and didn’t ask me many questions. I asked for a specific charm but she didn’t know which one until I showed her a picture of it. The sales associate could not find the sku and asked me to look it up online. When I used to be assistant manager at that store we went above and beyond for our clients. Ever since all their employees changed the store has gone down.

Por que había una lista donde el cliente se anotaba para poder ser atendido por las vendedoras , escribí mi nombre y simplemente se lo saltaron no uno si no más de 4 personas cuando vi la lista de nuevo pregunto por que nadie había llamado mi nombre y solo se volvieron a ver unas a otras . Cuando finalmente una de las vendedoras decide atenderme lo hace de mala manera y sin muchas ganas . Igualmente compré por qué mi personalmente me encanta la joyería de Pandora pero si así es el trato puedo comprar en cualquier parte .

This store - number 0445 is horrible. They had very little inventory and about six weeks before Christmas - ridiculous. Zero love charms...zero family charms...very little occupation charms...zero teacher charms. It was horrible. Also, there were two sales people and one manager. The manager did nothing - did not even answer the phone. The two sales people - one Jasmine B. and the other woman completely smothered me - I did not need nor want to people circling over me and talking to me together. It was both stressful and ridiculous. I live in Loudoun County, so this Dulles Town Center store is more convenient - I usually go to Fair Oaks, boy do I regret not driving the extra distance. I will not be returning back to this store nor will I recommend it to anyone else.
