Your sales associates have no customer service skills They are rude and very unfriendly. Every time we walk into this store it has been the same experience. My husband walks away because he does not like the way we are treated my your associates.

I was misinformed and staff was really rude. Not willing to help or being being professional at all. I’m 23 Years old and giving you a bad review… you can tell how bad it was

The salesperson, Jacqueline M. 217298 was rude and unfriendly. She would not show the tray, I had to choose from under the glass and she only took out the charm that I picked. When I paid, I had a $200 gift card. The total amount was $201.40. When I asked was there a balance she stated one forty as if I owed $140. When I asked are you sure because the gift card is for $200, she said oh one dollar and forty cents. She wrapped all four charms in one piece of tissue paper together. What has happened to the great customer service that I have experienced at other locations. She didn’t even ask if I had an email on file which I do! This type of service is so unacceptable!

Had to wait 20 minutes outside store before I could go in. No one apologized or expressed regret. Associate did not acknowledge time wasted waiting. Associate did not even thank me for my purchase.

The sales associate made fun of the fact that my budget was 250 and had the audacity to sit there and tell me I didn’t love my girl friend because I didn’t buy her the matching set of earrings and buying her another love charm. This is bs

I came into your store to look at bracelets and rings today. I also brought my Pandora bracelet in to have it cleaned. The store was not busy when we arrived, yet the girl who helped me acted like I was bothering her when asking to see rings. For some reason, she took all of the rings out of the case and put them under the counter where I couldn’t see them. I finally asked her if I could see the rings back under the glass. She made me feel rushed as I was trying different rings on, to the point I was frustrated and just wanted to leave. I came to spend money and purchase a few items, but I was made to feel like I was an imposition. When it came to cleaning my bracelet, she even told me that normally she’d clean it a little better, but she didn’t have time because “they were busy.” The store was not busy, I guess it didn’t matter that I probably spent $1,800 on my bracelet. This is my second time in this store and I was not all impressed with my service. My friend was with me and agreed that I was being rushed…not a good feeling when you want to shop and buy things.

The store manager, Ariana, should not work in retail. She was rude, not helpful and nobody acknowledged my mom and I when we came into the store and seemed to have an attitude when we had questions. I have purchased numerous bracelets, charms and earrings for myself and gifts and have never experienced this level of customer service from Pandora. I am appalled. We are considering returning our merchandise because as we reflect on the interaction with the individuals at this store. we truly felt that we were not welcome and the store manager and the staff were preoccupied.

Today I went to buy a ring with my friend and the person who attended us, by the way her name is Ariana, was a very bad service! We asked her if we could try on some rings and she with a rude attitude attended us. I bought a ring because it was cute and she didn't want to give me the ring box or bag! I didn't say anything so as not to make trouble. but they should have more friendly and nice people with their costumers.
