Maria was very helpful and knowledgeable! The store was pretty busy and when we walked in she was with another customer. As soon as she was done- she came straight over to us. She showed me everything I asked for and more! She even told me about the current sale and changed my intent of buying one charm to my final answer of buying three! Great job Maria!!

I was greeted with a warm welcome when I entered the store. The attentive staff was very friendly and helpful. My overall experience was good and I will return. This was my second visit in under 30 days.

The workers were super sweet and friendly! Even had me smiling and giggling with a group of customers another worker was helping! I have social anxiety and it was really bad, but the workers made me feel at ease

I really did love my purchase. The staff were amazing, super nice, sweet and attentive. The only thing I would say something about it is the price of the merch. It is a lot more expensive than it used to be. I bought the very same ring a year ago for a friend and it went from $30 to $50. I understand the inflation and all, but the price almost doubled.

The store was willing to hold a ring for me unlike another store located in Fair Oaks Mall Va. I had a hard time finding the size. Both stores hs the ring and the one in Dulles was willing to hold it for me.
