The Sales Associate (Aly) was especially knowledgeable, friendly and patient as I made my purchase. She went further to advise of the favorite gift list that could be shared with a loved one that would purchase a gift for me.

The quickness of service and the availability of the item I was looking for.

Tanea and the other young lady working were phenomenal! They were knowledgeable about the inventory from the moment that I walked in and asked about the availability of a specific piece of jewelry! I will be back to this location FIRST every time!

I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store! The sales clerk showed me all the charms I was interested in. I purchased right there in the store! Keep up the great work. This was the first time I was in the store.

I like the thing in the store

The manager, Jessi, is very nice and friendly and knowledgeable. When I have had a stone fall out of a ring in the past she exchanged it. When I needed to exchange a bracelet because I had bought the wrong size and didn’t realize it until I had gotten home, she exchanged it with no problems. Every time I go in the store I am greeted with a friendly hello and someone always helps me right away, usually Jessi, the manager if she is there.

Tenea was very knowledgeable about her merchandise and how to place your charms on the bracelet. Her expertise and showmanship excellent. And also very professional, kindness.
