The staff is always friendly, even when they are waiting on someone else they often say "Someone will be with you soon" I always use this time to browse and check out new pieces. The staff is knowledgeable about what charms are sold there, inform me how to care for my jewelry. Remind me when the sale ends so I don't procrastinate and miss out on savings.

Associate was very patient with me. It took me a while to decide what I wanted to purchase. She also cleaned my bracelet and charms. She seemed to be fairly new to this store, but the other associates went out of their way to assist her in locating product and answering questions. Great shopping experience!
