The customer service was very knowledgeable and happy to assist me. The store was bright and pretty and a selection was very nice. I was happy to see new items that have come in.

The staff went far and beyond to hold a charm for me I really wanted it for my birthday for next Sat March 26th they held it I'm so grateful I forgot her name who helped me also Jessi cleaned my bracelet she had a customer who kept on complaining about getting something she handled the situation professionally and I told her I was proud of her and gave her A Big HUG!
